Do you have any previous experience being a Staff Member?: Yes. I've staffed for many server within the past 10 years unfortunately the servers i did staff on are no longer active. My most recent ranks were Manager/Head of staff, head admin, super-admin and moderator
Why do you want to join our staff team? (2-3 sentences minimum): I've made some friends here, and I have grown to really liking this server even donated for supporter. My friends enjoy the server, I enjoy the server and what better way to use my knowledge and past experience of staffing than to become staff here and protect the community. I notice different things like RDM/NLR/Minge from the time to time and while we have staff members that jump to it pretty quickly. Sometimes there are not any staff online and i am online at those times so i believe i would be a good asset to the team.
Why should you be accepted onto the staff team?: (2-3 sentences minimum): I have plenty of experience staffing from server to server. Everything from being a high ranking to a lower ranking. I've always worked hard to get to the ranks i've earned and i think this community deserves someone would works hard on improving the community and even maybe teaching some staff members a thing or two.
Are you fond of our current server rules and punishments?: (Y/N): Yes and if i ever have a question about a certain punishment then i have a reference sheet
Have you resigned from anywhere else recently?: (Y/N): No, Not within the past year. It has been about 3-5 years since i resigned from a staff position.
Scenario Based Questions
1. If a player bases with a friend and the friend steals from their printer; resulting in a ticket, how would you handle the situation?: I would have the person that stole the money simply return it.
2. Someone is prop spamming, everywhere. What steps would you take to alleviate the situation? I would freeze or jail the person and explain to them that they cannot spam props. I would either let them sit out their 120-180 second jail time or warn them for Prop spam.
3. If a player starts screaming racist or homophobic slurs, what would you do?: Mute/gag + Ban them - Record the incident and notify higher ups in case they deem the punishment needs to be extended.
4. If a player admits to cheating, and you cloak yourself to investigate, and the player begins pointing their physgun at you, how would you handle this?: Record it, contact a higher up, ban the cheater temporarily, turn in the recording and then let the higher ups extend the ban.
5. A player is running around Mass RDMing while screaming slurs; what steps would you take to deal with the situation?: Teleport them to the admin area or an area for a sit, freeze/jail them ask what is going on. Teleport the people they have killed and figure out the story. If the 'suspect' is still screaming slurs at this point then i would mute/gag them and follow up a final punishment.
